Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after a walkthrough and set out in a written service agreement.

Scheduling

Service schedules are agreed with each client. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule a visit.

Service agreements

Specific terms for services, including scope, frequency, pricing and cancellation, are governed by the service agreement signed with each client.

Liability

We are insured and take care in every facility we clean. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service so we can address them promptly.
